The following terms and conditions apply to all book writing, editing, proofreading, and marketing services provided by AuroraWriters.
Copyrights
It is our policy to grant you full ownership of the content we create for you, according to our contract. We retain no rights to the final content; you have complete freedom to use it in any manner you choose.
Payment
We require a 100% upfront payment for all services reduced, including all applicable taxes, which must be covered entirely by the client.
Revision
To ensure your satisfaction, we allow multiple revisions within 7 days of the project's final delivery. In special cases, the time limit for modifications can be extended to 14 days.
The turnaround times for revisions are as follows:
- • For projects with a 24-hour urgency, the revision turnaround time is 24 hours.
- • For projects requiring 24 to 48 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
- • For projects with an urgency of more than 48 hours, the revision turnaround time is 72 hours.
Project Requirement
At AuroraWriters, we discuss all requirements individually with our clients before starting the project. Any disagreements regarding the services will be communicated to you based on the terms and conditions agreed upon at the project's outset.
Refund Policy
At AuroraWriters, all services are customized, digital, and initiated upon order confirmation. Please review the following refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Refunds
- Clients may request a refund only before the submission of their manuscript or the commencement of any service work, whichever occurs first.
- If a refund request is approved at this early stage, it will be processed after deducting transactional and administrative charges, equal to USD 150 or 10% of the total purchase amount (whichever is lower).
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Once an order is confirmed through successful payment:
- Refunds are not issued automatically
- AuroraWriters is not obligated to provide a refund
- Refund requests based solely on a change of mind are not eligible
Final Approval
- Once the client has provided final approval of the work, this approval constitutes full acceptance of the services rendered.
- No refunds will be issued after final approval, under any circumstances.
Cancellation & Chargeback Policy
By completing a payment with AuroraWriters, the client expressly agrees to the following terms:
Service Nature Acknowledgment
The client acknowledges and agrees that:
- All services provided are customized and digital
- Services are initiated immediately upon payment
- Work may begin prior to full delivery, including but not limited to planning, drafting, revisions, or production
Cancellations
- Cancellations apply only to future, unrendered services
- Any work that has already commenced, been partially delivered, revised, or approved is considered rendered and non-refundable
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Clients agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or bank dispute without first contacting AuroraWriters and allowing reasonable time for resolution.
Any chargeback or dispute initiated:
- After service commencement
- After partial delivery or use of revisions
- After final approval
may be considered a breach of this agreement and may result in the submission of supporting evidence to the payment processor or issuing bank.

Terms of Use
- AuroraWriters does not include the services based on the information provided by AuroraWriters.com. Moreover, it does not encompass any additional guarantees, certifications, advice, and warranties.
- The company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unintentional errors on this website.
- AuroraWriters also takes no responsibility for operational delays, performance errors, interruptions, theft, failure, communication issues, or unauthorized use of your work.
- While agreeing to the following terms and conditions, you come to an agreement to defend and hold AuroraWriters and its subsidiaries unobjectionable from any damages, claims, and accountabilities related to (1) your access to services and website, (2) violations of the following terms and conditions described (3) violation of third-party rights, like intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy rights, or publicity.
- Your website agreement does not create any partnership with us, any employment relationship and joint venture is also not created between the client and the company.
