The following terms and conditions apply to all book writing, editing, proofreading, and marketing services provided by AuroraWriters.

Copyrights

It is our policy to grant you full ownership of the content we create for you, according to our contract. We retain no rights to the final content; you have complete freedom to use it in any manner you choose.

Payment

We require a 100% upfront payment for all services reduced, including all applicable taxes, which must be covered entirely by the client.

Revision

To ensure your satisfaction, we allow multiple revisions within 7 days of the project's final delivery. In special cases, the time limit for modifications can be extended to 14 days.

The turnaround times for revisions are as follows:

• • For projects with a 24-hour urgency, the revision turnaround time is 24 hours.
• • For projects requiring 24 to 48 hours of urgency, the revision turnaround time is 48 hours.
• • For projects with an urgency of more than 48 hours, the revision turnaround time is 72 hours.

Project Requirement

At AuroraWriters, we discuss all requirements individually with our clients before starting the project. Any disagreements regarding the services will be communicated to you based on the terms and conditions agreed upon at the project's outset.

Refund Policy

• You can get a full refund before the manuscript submission; however, there will be a deduction of transaction charges, which is $150 or 10% of the purchase price.
• You cannot get any refund after 90 days from the purchase date.
• Refunds are not issued automatically once the order is confirmed by payment. AuroraWriters is not obligated to provide a refund if someone changes their mind.
• Here is our refund policy:
  1. After submission of your Manuscript but before design work begins: 75% of the purchase price (design work includes but not limited to any formatting, editing, image arrangement, corrections, resizing, pre-production)
  2. After design work begins but before final approval: 50% of the purchase price.
  3. After You have given final approval of the Work: No Refund
• If you think our services are unsatisfactory, submit a refund request within 7 days. There will be a percentage-based return on your order based on our multiple revision policy. The order will be assumed agreeable if there is no refund request submitted.

Terms of Use

• AuroraWriters does not include the services based on the information provided by AuroraWriters.com. Moreover, it does not encompass any additional guarantees, certifications, advice, and warranties.
• The company is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unintentional errors on this website.
• AuroraWriters also takes no responsibility for operational delays, performance errors, interruptions, theft, failure, communication issues, or unauthorized use of your work.
• While agreeing to the following terms and conditions, you come to an agreement to defend and hold AuroraWriters and its subsidiaries unobjectionable from any damages, claims, and accountabilities related to (1) your access to services and website, (2) violations of the following terms and conditions described (3) violation of third-party rights, like intellectual property, confidentiality, privacy rights, or publicity.
• Your website agreement does not create any partnership with us, any employment relationship and joint venture is also not created between the client and the company.
